At l’Olleta, we embrace the beauty of seasonality and the freshest ingredients. Our chef is inspired by what’s in season and available, creating unique dishes that reflect the best of each moment. Because of this, our menu is always changing, offering you a new experience every time you visit. We invite you to ask our team about today’s specialties.

The allocation of tables will be determined exclusively by the restaurant, always prioritizing the reservation date. However, whenever possible, we will take our customers’ preferences into consideration.

In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes from the reserved time, the table may be made available to other guests, and a new availability will need to be awaited.

The maximum table usage time is 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Please note that pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
