Reserve

The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation SMS or email.
If you do not receive it, the reservation has not been successfully registered.
Changes to the date, time, or number of guests are subject to availability.

The duration of the reservation will be 1 hour and 45 minutes, counted from the confirmed time.

For reservations of more than 8 people, a credit/debit card will be required as a guarantee.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved date and time.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, a charge of €20 per person will be made to the card provided as a guarantee.
We consider this the fairest way to make tables available to all our customers.

Reservations for groups of more than 12 people must be made by phone or via email at info@lolleta.com.
The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding confirmation message.

Table allocation will be determined solely by the restaurant, always prioritizing the reservation date. However, customer preferences will be taken into account whenever possible.
Due to weather or logistical reasons, service may be moved indoors to ensure comfort and quality.
Our goal is for everyone to enjoy both the food and the atmosphere, whether on the terrace or indoors.
Due to the size of the restaurant and our team, it may not always be possible for some guests to be seated indoors while others are on the terrace at the same time.

Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances so that we can adapt the service as much as possible.

If you are attending with a baby stroller or wheelchair, please notify us in advance so we can arrange the dining area accordingly.

Pets are not allowed in the indoor dining room.

The restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations for technical or operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified as far in advance as possible.
